Keeping your e-mail address current is important, as is updating your directory information so fellow retirees find the right information about you when they use the Retiree Directory.

If you have forgotten your username, click here.
If you have previously changed your e-mail address without updating your EMRetiree personal profile and can't use either of the above forms, ask us to update your e-mail address: Contact Us
If you can log on, please change your e-mail address yourself.
Important Note: Changing your information on EMRetiree only updates the EMRetiree Directory. You cannot change your mailing address and other "official" benefit information from this site.
You must notify the ExxonMobil Benefits Service Center. Every month the ExxonMobil Benefits Service Center updates the mailing address shown in your EMRetiree profile.
Be sure all your ExxonMobil Retiree Benefits information is kept current. Contact the ExxonMobil Benefits Service Center with any information change:
